The Fukuoka City Tour on May 8 was truly wonderful. The guide was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the itinerary perfectly balanced culture, history, and local flavor. We especially enjoyed Yusentei Garden, the ramen experience, and the visit to Tochoji Temple and Kushida Shrine. Hi, I’m Masa T.—a passionate local guide based in Fukuoka, Japan.
Over the past six years, I’ve guided more than 1,100 travelers from the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Asia as a volunteer guide.
I offer private Nagasaki tours, including options for cruise passengers arriving at Nagasaki Port. You can choose from several tour courses, or request a customized Nagasaki private tour based on your preferences and schedule.
Early in my career at a major Japanese company, I studied in the U.S. for 1 year and 8 months and later worked as a manager collaborating with international engineers. I then served as a director of a group company for seven years. These experiences help me connect smoothly with guests from around the world. During your Nagasaki guided tour, I can recommend local restaurants serving Champon, Turkish rice, Sushi, Tempura, and more—perfect for an authentic dining experience along the way.
